Easter 2025

At Revolution Church’s Easter celebration, Pastor Shane delivered a stirring message on awakening to God's presence in our everyday lives. Using the light-hearted imagery of Easter egg hunts, he explored how we often miss what’s right in front of us—especially when it comes to the divine. Drawing from Luke 9, Hebrews 12, and Matthew 26, Pastor Shane challenged us to shake off spiritual sleep and live with expectant hope. He illustrated how the disciples struggled to stay awake—both physically and spiritually—and how Jesus, through His suffering, kept His eyes fixed on the joy set before Him. The sermon offered practical ways to remain spiritually alert and featured a powerful testimony of transformation from Nellie, who experienced a renewed awareness of God’s presence. This Easter, we’re invited to do the same: to live awake, with eyes wide open to God's activity, and hearts full of joyful expectancy.
